VR Tennis — Qropen ATP Challenger
Qropen was going to be the third most important tennis tournament in Mexico, with a $125,000 prize pool as part of the ATP Challenger Tour.
The app included three interactive VR mini-games, a sponsor showroom, and personalized branding. Developed with Ionic for iOS and Android.
VR Games
Game 1 — Velocity: The player hits the ball — shows the speed and distance.
Game 2 — Hit Them All: Hit moving targets while avoiding obstacles.
Game 3 — FFA: Hit balls while matching the color of the racket to the color of the ball.
All games were fully branded with sponsor visuals. Infinity was one of the main sponsors.
3D Art & App
3D art (rackets, environments) created by Arturo Molion. The application was developed with Ionic, supporting both iOS and Android from a single codebase. Players registered with email or Facebook and accessed a sponsor gallery before playing.
